Radar Redux.com is expanding the traditional concept of journalism, to cover a wide array of Baltimore Arts and Culture.
Dustin Carlson, cofounder of Gallery Four (one of the first of the more recent high quality artist run warehouse/galleries) introduced RECTIFIED as an exploration of imagery in relationship to the manufactured world of today. The artists’ works spoke to themes relating to war, iconic American objects, body language, and to relationships between home and family. The crisp white walls and penetrating afternoon sun offset the drawings of Gary Kachadourian and Jackie Milad while the sculptural pieces of Julianna Dail and Ron Longsdorf activated the expansive gallery space, with its rough, worn floors.
